SEPTEMBER 23 UPDATE

We are 8 days and a wake up out from the Annual Conference!

• OFF-SITE parking
  • Expect parking to be tight at the Conference. Off-site parking (3 minute drive to the Conference)
  • Please consider car-pooling to/from your hotel as much as possible.
  • When car pooling, consider dropping off your passengers at the conference first and then parking off-site. This will help reduce the volume of people waiting on a shuttle to get them to/from the conference.
  • Off-site Parking Address:

    Santa Clarita, CA 91350
  • Best point of entry is the entrance on Copper Hill Drive that is across from Tamarack Lane.
  • To exit…if making a left turn, the point of exit is the lower driveway closer to Seco Canyon Rd so that you can make a legal left turn on Copper Hill Dr.

August 24th, 2023 Update

• Event App: You can download the CVENT Events app at the links above. Once you have the app downloaded, search for “Living & Active”. Look out for an e-mail with an app registration link that will pull up ACBC’s event and log you in.
• Early Check-In – Sunday 10/1: Beat the rush and come out on Sunday, October 1st from 4-6pm to get checked in for the conference and receive your nametag & conference swag. Registration will also be open from 7am-7pm on Monday.
• No on-Site Registrations: On-site registration is not available this year, however, virtual registration is available. NOTE: Virtual individual registrations and Group Watch registrations after 23:59 PM Pacific Time on September 13, 2023 are not guaranteed to receive the conference give-away box before the conference.
• Meal Tickets/Special Meals: Deadline to order meal tickets is September 8th. You can purchase meal tickets by modifying your registration information (Link below). If you ordered a meal ticket, your conference nametag will be marked for each day (M for Monday, etc). Special meals will also be marked on your conference nametag (WL for Women’s Luncheon).
  • Meals include a boxed lunch during the annual conference lunch period. Lunches consist of a freshly made deli sandwich, side item, and a drink. **DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES.** Seating will be available on-site at Grace Baptist Church.
• Conference Communication: Throughout the conference, ACBC will communicate via e-mail and app notifications. Be sure to add [email protected] and [email protected] to your safe senders list, and check your junk mail to ensure you haven’t missed anything!
• Session Notes: You can access all available conference notes via biblicalcounseling.com/acnotes or click the link above. You can download notes for individual sessions, or download the whole folder there. If you’d like to have the notes in hand during your sessions, be sure to print them and bring them along. **Note** Not every session has printed notes.

• Cancellation Deadline: September 1st. Please note, no cancellations or virtual changeovers will be accepted after September 1st. Prior to this date, a 90% refund will be given for cancellations. If you would like to cancel or change your registration from in-person to virtual, please email [email protected].
• Ministry Update Dinner
  • The ministry Update dinner is sold out.
  • The dinner will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2023 on-site at the ACBC annual conference. The dinner will take place after the members’ meeting and is open to members and non-members.

• CEUs
  • ACBC Members can receive CEU credit by attending the conference / pre-conference. Be sure to include your ACBC ID number at the time of registration for the CEUs to be added to your account after the conference is over.
• To Modify Your Registration

  • Click “Already Registered?“
  • Enter your e-mail and confirmation number.
• Parking
  • Parking at this year’s conference is LIMITED. Carpooling from your hotel to the conference venue is highly encouraged. An off-site parking lot has been selected at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church and is 0.5 miles from the conference venue (CV). If all the spaces are taken at the CV, please park at the off-site parking and ride the shuttle. Please follow the posted parking signs in this lot so that we only park in our authorized spaces. There are 285 of them in this lot. Parking at the conference venue is complimentary. Site maps will be released closer to the conference. See map below.

• WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE RUNNING TO/FROM THE OFF-SITE PARKING TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE (CV)?
  • Yes, there will be shuttles running to/from the off-site parking lot and the CV. Note the shuttle pick-up/drop-off point on the map above.
• CAN I WALK FROM THE OFF-SITE PARKING LOT TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE (CV)?
  • We recommend you ride the shuttle which ACBC will provide to/from off-site parking.
