international virtual attendees

We will not be able to provide the conference box to you until after the conference. Due to international customs fees, we will email to confirm that you are willing to pay any customs fees to receive the box. Please let us know if you have an American address to which we can send the box. This will expedite the process and bypass any customs fees.

Lodging

Can I stay at a hotel other than the ones listed on the website?

Yes. We have chosen the hotels listed on our website because they are in the approximate vicinity of the conference venue, and we were able to negotiate special rates. There are certainly other hotels around, but they do not offer the conference rates and we can’t predict availability.

Travel

ARE THERE AIRPORT-TO-HOTEL TRAVEL OPTIONS PROVIDED?

ACBC cannot arrange transportation, but the airport offers numerous transportation options.

Where should I park?

Parking is available throughout the venue’s campus as the seminary students will be on Fall Break. Please allow necessary time for walking if you end up parking across campus. The primary buildings that will be in use for the conference are highlighted on the below map. As you can see, there are many numbered parking lots available to choose from. Please obey any campus parking signs that may be posted. See map below.
