If you want to rewatch or catch a plenary session or one of your your breakout sessions that you were unable to attend in-person, you may access them via Attendee Hub until we archive the conference content on October 23.

Follow these instructions to access the virtual conference (for individuals and Group Watch)

Attendee Hub: The Attendee Hub is a digital source for all of the conference content. Attendee Hub is accessed through your web browser or by downloading the “CVENT Events” app on a mobile device at the links above. Once you have the app downloaded, search for “Care of Christ.” Enter your name and email address used for your registration to access your conference profile. You will access your sessions, view our conference exhibitors, and get access to the bookstore & apparel store there. Be sure to check your junk email box if you did not receive a verification email after registering.

September 23, 2024 Update – 14 days out

• Switching from In-person to Virtual or Virtual to In-person: September 23, 2024, is the last day to make either of these adjustments to your conference registration. After 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 23, 2024, in accordance with our policies, we can no longer process switchovers from virtual to in-person or vice versa. If switching from In-person to Virtual, please note that Meal tickets are no-longer refundable as we have already made financial commitments based upon those numbers. September 6, 2024 Update – 31 days out

• Attendee Hub: The Attendee Hub is a digital source for all of the conference content. • Sunday Livestream Test: Hop online Sunday 10/6, between 5:00 and 6:00 pm Central time for a live stream test. We’ll stream some video content for you to check your streaming setup, speakers, etc.
• Tips for Streaming:
  • Be sure to join us during the Livestream Test – get your set-up ready for the conference.
  • You’ll get the best results viewing the conference on a computer, however, you can also view the conference on a phone/tablet.
  • If a live session glitches or lags, oftentimes refreshing the page will get you back on track.
  • Use the in-session Q&A to engage throughout the event. If you’re having a technical issue, contact ACBC through the Q&A feature or email us at AC2024@biblicalcounseling.com.
• Session Notes: You can access all available conference notes via biblicalcounseling.com/acnotes or click the “Breakout Session Notes” button above. You can download notes for individual sessions or download the whole folder there. If you’d like to have the notes in hand during your sessions, be sure to print them beforehand. **Note** Not every session has printed notes.
• Livestream Host Schedule – Join Josh Zeichik before and after several of the sessions for livestream information during the conference:
  • Monday – 8:35am (All times-Central time)
  • Monday – 11:15am
  • Monday – 5:45pm
  • Monday – 7:20pm
  • Tuesday – 9:35am
  • Tuesday – 10:10am
  • Tuesday – 12:50pm
  • Wednesday – 2:20pm

• Cancellation Deadline: September 1st.
  • Please note: After 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 23, 2024, we can no longer process switchovers from virtual to in-person.
• Registering in September: Anyone or any group that registers as a virtual attendee after September 24, 2024, may not receive the conference box before the conference. We will ship it to them after the conference.

• CEUs
  • ACBC Members can receive CEU credit by attending the conference / pre-conference. Check the e-mail you received/will receive from Member Services for more details.
• Access
  • Your virtual registration gives you access to the conference content you registered for until October 23, 2024 @ 11:59pm Central.
  • Sessions will go live at their scheduled time (see below) and can be streamed approx. 1 hour after their live feed ends.
• Conference Box
  • All virtual attendees who have registered before September 24th should receive a conference box (with books, t-shirt, etc.) shipped to the address listed on their registration.
  • Virtual attendees who register after 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 24, 2024, may not receive the conference give-away box before the conference.
  • Boxes are shipped approximately 1.5 weeks before the conference and typically arrive Monday/Tuesday of the conference week.
  • International Virtual Attendees: We may not be able to provide the conference box to you until after the conference. Due to international customs fees, we will email to confirm that you are willing to pay any customs fees to receive the box. Please let us know if you have an American address to which we can send the box. This will expedite the process and bypass any customs fees.
• Session Selection
  • Your virtual registration gives you access to all of the plenary session content from the Pre-conference and Annual Conference, plus 5 (five) breakout session selections from the Annual Conference. You can adjust your breakout selections before the conference (use Modify Registration instructions below), but not after the conference begins.
• To Modify Your Registration
  • Visit the event Registration Page
  • Click “Already Registered?”
  • Enter your e-mail address and confirmation number.
