September 20th, 2022 Update

• Attendee Hub: The Attendee Hub is your source for all of the conference content. You will access your sessions, view our conference exhibitors, and get access to the bookstore & apparel store there.
• **Note** You can only access conference content via the Attendee Hub. You cannot access conference content on the event app.
• Sunday Livestream Test: Hop online Sunday 10/2, between 5:00 and 7:00 pm CST for a live stream test. We’ll stream conference content for you to check your streaming setup, speakers, etc.
• Tips for Streaming:
  • Be sure to join us during the Livestream Test – get your set-up ready for the conference.
  • You’ll get the best results viewing the conference on a computer. You can view the conference on a phone/tablet (through your web browser, not the conference app) but the connection is often less stable.
  • If a live session gets hung up, often refreshing the page will get you back on track.
  • Use the in-session chat & Q&A to engage throughout the event.
  • Use the helpdesk pop-up in the bottom right corner of the screen if you’re having a technical issue.
• Livestream Host – Join Pastor Josh Weidmann before and after several of the plenary sessions for livestream info, feedback on the conference, and exclusive interviews during the conference:

August 15th, 2022 Update

• Cancellation Deadline: September 1st. Please note, no cancellations or virtual changeovers will be accepted after September 1st.

• CEUs
  • ACBC Members can receive CEU credit by attending the conference / pre-conference. Check the e-mail you received from member services for more details.
• Time Zone
  • All scheduled times are CST (Central Standard Time)
• Access
  • Your virtual registration gives you access to the conference content you registered for until Sunday, October 16th @ 11:59pm CST.
  • Sessions will go live at their scheduled time (see below) and can be streamed approx. 1 hour after their live feed ends.
• Conference Box
  • All virtual attendees will receive a conference box (with books, conf. shirt, etc.) shipped to the address listed on their registration.
  • Boxes are shipped the week before the conference and typically arrive Monday/Tuesday of the conference week.
• Session Selection
  • Your virtual registration gives you access to all of the plenary content from the Annual Conference and Pre-conference, plus 5 (five) breakout session selections. You can adjust your breakout picks before the conference (use Modify Registration below), but not after the conference begins.
• To Modify Your Registration
  • Visit the event Registration Page
  • Click “Already Registered?“
  • Enter your e-mail and confirmation number.
