If you want to rewatch or catch a plenary session that you were unable to attend in-person, you may access them via Attendee Hub until we archive the conference content on October 23. In addition, it possible that a breakout session for which you registered was also offered virtually. If that is the case, you would be able to find it in Attendee Hub as well. If you are not able to find it, then it was not offered virtually.

ARRIVAL and early-bird check in:
Early bird check-in Opens Sunday at 4 pm. Closes at 6 pm.

September 27, 2024 Update
- Conference App: The conference app is a digital source for you during the conference. The app is accessed by downloading the “CVENT Events” app on a mobile device at the links above. Once you have the app downloaded, search for “Care of Christ.” Enter your name and email address used for your registration to access your conference profile. You will access your sessions, view our conference exhibitors, and get access to the bookstore & apparel store there. Be sure to check your junk email box if you did not receive a verification email after registering.
September 23, 2024 Update – 14 days out
- Switching from In-person to Virtual or Virtual to In-person: Today, September 23, 2024, is the last day to make either of these adjustments to your conference registration. After 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 23, 2024, in accordance with our policies, we can no longer process switchovers from virtual to in-person or vice versa. If switching from In-person to Virtual, please note that Meal tickets are no-longer refundable as we have already made financial commitments based upon those numbers. September 6, 2024 Update – 31 days out
- Event App: You can download the “CVENT Events” app at the links above. Once you have the app downloaded, search for “Care of Christ.” Enter your name and email address used for your registration to access your conference profile.
- Early Check-In – Sunday 10/6: Beat the rush and come out on Sunday, October 6th from 4-6pm to get checked in for the conference, receive your conference swag bag, and visit the bookstore & exhibitors. Registration will also be open from 7:15am-6pm on Monday.
- Meal Tickets/Special Meals: Sold Out
- Conference Communication: Throughout the conference, ACBC will communicate via e-mail and app notifications. Be sure to add AC2024@biblicalcounseling.com and info@biblicalcounseling.com to your safe senders list, and check your junk mail to ensure you haven’t missed anything!
- Session Notes: You can access all available conference notes via biblicalcounseling.com/acnotes or click the “Breakout Session Notes” button above. You can download notes for individual sessions, or download the whole folder there. If you’d like to have the notes in hand during your sessions, be sure to print them and bring them along. **Note** Not every session has printed notes.
- Cancellation Deadline: September 1st.

- Ministry Update Dinner
- The ministry Update dinner is sold out.
- The dinner will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024 on-site at the ACBC Annual Conference. The dinner will take place after the members’ meeting and is open to those who have pre-purchases meal tickets.
- CEUs
- ACBC Members can receive CEU credit by attending the conference / pre-conference. Check the e-mail you received/will receive from Member Services for more details.
