Virtual Conference FAQs

What is included with my virtual registration?
Your virtual conference registration includes access to all of the plenary content from the Annual Conference and Pre-Conference. It also includes five breakout session slots, each with multiple options from which to choose when registering.
You may modify your selected breakout sessions if desidred after your registration is complete. Most virtual breakout sessions will be pre-recorded for this year’s conference, and some will be live streamed from the conference venue.
Fees also include this year’s conference box which will be mailed to the address entered on your registration.

Can I watch the virtual conference with a group?
While you are welcome to watch the sessions as a group, please be sure each person is registered individually.
We have created our Group Watch option for churches and ministries with 10 or more watching virtually as a group.

Will I have access to a conference bookstore? What about exhibitors?
Yes, you will be able to access the bookstore through the Attendee Hub as well as have opportunities to connect with our exhibitors online during the conference.

Do I have to watch the conference live? Can I watch it later?
All virtual sessions will be available until 11:59 PM, October 23, 2025 (Central Time) (approximately two weeks after the conference).
You may watch any sessions you registered for until then.
Sessions become available according to the conference schedule.

Is there a deadline to register for the conference virtually?
You may register virtually up until the start of the Pre-Conference. (see Schedule for timing).
Please note that those who register after 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 23, 2025, may not receive the conference box before the conference.

Can I switch my virtual registration to in-person?
After 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 23, 2025, we will no longer process switch requests from virtual to in-person.

I live internationally, when should I expect my conference box?
We may not be able to provide the conference box to you until after the conference. Due to international customs fees, we will email to confirm that you are willing to pay any customs fees to receive the box. Please let us know if you have an American address to which we can send the box.
This will expedite the process and bypass any customs fees.

Where can I download breakout session notes?
We do not require speakers to provide handouts or notes; however, for those who do, these will only be available through the annual conference app. Attendees will receive an email with instruction on how do download the app.

How can I view the conference?
Virtual attendees can watch the conference either from the official Conference App or from the Virtual Attendee Hub on your browser and device of choice.
Option 1 | ACBC Conference App
- Download the Cvent Events app from your favorite app store
- Once it is downloaded on your phone or computer, you can search “Ancient Paths” and select the 2025 ACBC annual conference once it appears.
- Log in using your first and last name along with the e-mail address that you used to register for the conference.
Option 2 | Virtual Attendee Hub
- Visit the 2025 Attendee Hub from your favorite web browser and device.
- Log in using your first and last name along with the e-mail address that you used to register for the conference.
- You will then receive a verification code (to the e-mail address associated with registration) that you will be required to input to log in.

How do I download the conference app?
To get the best experience out of the conference, we encourage all attendees to download our conference app! Here’s how to get set up.
- Download “Cvent Events” from your app store
- Type in “Ancient Paths”
- Select the “2025 Annual Conference | Ancient Paths”
- Log in using your first name, last name, and email address that you used to register
- Verify using the code emailed to you
Virtual attendees can use the app to access the conference livestream. We encourage you to download the app and familiarize yourself with the layout of the livestream.
Additionally, you’ll be able to:
- Access your personal conference schedule
- Access plenary and speaker notes (if available)
- View our conference featured sponsors
- Access a map of the SWBTS campus
- Locate breakout sessions on the map
- View exclusive resources being released at the Annual Conference
- And much more!
General FAQs

How can I receive CEUs for attending the conference?
When registering for the event be sure to register as an ACBC Certified Member and include your unique ACBC ID number in the registration field when prompted. After the conference, our office will apply the CEUs to your account automatically. Please allow two weeks after the conference before CEUs are applied.

Who can attend the conference?
ACBC’s conference is designed to encourage and equip the church. All are welcome to attend.

What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee covers admission to all plenary sessions and selected breakouts, plus conference materials.

Can I register by mail and/or pay by check?
Online payment by credit card is the only method allowed for registrations. If accessing the internet to register or payment by credit card is not a possibility, call our office at 816-282-2836 for assistance or with any related questions.

Can I register myself and my spouse under the same e-mail address?
During registration you can add members to your registration group (spouse, fellow church member etc.); however, each attendee will need a unique e-mail address.

When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
When registering, you will receive a confirmation on the screen when you complete your registration; this will be followed by an email confirmation. A short time before the conference you will receive an ACBC logistics email detailing the check-in process.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive this email.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?
It is free to transfer your registration to another attendee and you can do so by logging into your CVENT account (via the confirmation email you received at registration) and updating your order information with the new registrant’s information.
Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved and ACBC is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred tickets.
Be advised that after 11:59 PM (Central Time) on September 23, 2025, our office will no longer process transfers from one person to another.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellation submissions must be made by logging into your C-vent account or contacting our office.
Cancellations that occur on or before 11:59 (Central Time) September 1st, 2025, will receive up to a 90% refund. No refunds will be given after September 1st, 2025

Can I switch my in-person registration to virtual?
After 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 23, 2025, we will no longer process switch requests from in-person to virtual.
Also note that in-person lunch tickets will not be refunded after after 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 1, 2025.

Can I bring children to the conference?
Children are welcome to attend the Annual Conference, but if they require seating they must register. Regarding infants (i.e. non-registered), due to space limitations, strollers and infant carriers cannot take up seating (e.g. the father, the mother, and unregistered infant cannot fill three seats).

Will I be able to register on-site at the conference?
Walk-up registrations are welcome, however, depending on conference bag supply levels, a walk-up registrant is not guaranteed to receive a conference bag.
We are not able to order additional conference bag materials for walk-up registrants.

How can I change my breakout session?
1. Click HERE to sign back into your account.
2. You will need to use the email address under your registration as well as your confirmation number.
3. Once signed in, you should click “Modify” and go to the page of breakout sessions. There you can select which breakouts you would like to attend.
4. Make sure to click “Next” until you can click “Finish” so that it saves.

Is the conference wheelchair accessible?
The campus is wheelchair accessible. There are 12 designated wheelchair locations in the main auditorium.

Is reserved seating available?
Reserved seating is only provided to those who require sign language interpretation. If you have a disability and require special assistance, please contact us. There are 12 designated wheelchair locations in the main auditorium.

Will session or day passes be available?
Unfortunately, we do not provide session or day passes.

Can I stay at a hotel other than the ones listed on the website?
Yes. We have chosen the hotels listed on our website because they are in the approximate vicinity of the conference venue, and we were able to negotiate special rates. There are certainly other hotels around, but they do not offer the conference rates and we can’t predict availability.

Are there airport-to-hotel travel options provided?
ACBC cannot arrange transportation, but the airport offers numerous transportation options.
Where should I park?
Parking is available throughout the venue’s campus as the seminary students will be on Fall Break. Please allow necessary time for walking if you end up parking across campus. The primary buildings that will be in use for the conference are highlighted on the below map. As you can see, there are many parking lots available to choose from. Please obey any campus parking signs that may be posted. See map below.
