To make our Annual Conference as accessible as possible to local churches, ACBC is offering deeply discounted group packages for church and ministry groups of 10 or more that want to gather to watch the conference together.
The Group Watch feature is available to churches and other ministries who will have a group of 10 or more watching the Annual Conference together.
You’ll receive 10 seats to watch our Annual Conference virtually at a deep discount.
Each seat will also receive our Conference Box with carefully selected resources to help them grow in their faith and their practice of soul care.
This registration will include access to all 11 plenary sessions from the Annual Conference & Pre-Conference, and access to all of the 40+ virtual breakout sessions.
The Group Watch starter package includes 10 seats at a total cost of $2,060 ($206/seat – a 40% discount over full price).
If paying by check, check must be received within 30 days of registration.
You can register virtually up until the start of the Pre-Conference. (see Schedule for timing). Please note that those who register after 11:59 PM (Central Time) September 25, 2024, may not receive the conference give-away box before the conference.
No refunds will be given after September 1st, 2024.
Cancellations that occur on or before 11:59 (Central Time) September 1st, 2024, will receive up to a 90% refund.
Additional seats can be purchased during registration for $206 each.
Additional “rooms” can be purchased during registration for $50 each. An additional room becomes helpful so that a portion of your group can watch a different breakout session at the same time.
The starter package includes a viewing license for one room. Your group leader will have a single account to view the conference. If your group would like to view the conference in multiple rooms (e.g. to watch different breakouts in the same time slot), you’ll need to purchase an additional room during registration.
Your group leader will have access to the conference content from the start of the first livestream on 10/7/24 @ 8:45 am Central Time, until 10/23/24 @ 11:59pm Central Time. You can use this additional time to watch or re-watch sessions as a group.
