Description
Gentle Parenting is becoming increasingly popular in our culture and is seen by many as a good method to raise kids. Yet, it is important to discern things in the context of what God’s Word says. While gentle parenting sounds good, it must be examined and defined from its primary source and contrasted with God’s design for parenting. Many are choosing this method and employing bits and pieces in their parenting because it sounds gracious and helpful, but its foundational teaching and goals need a biblical critique so that Christian parents can wisely shepherd their children with God’s goals as their focus. This booklet focuses on examining the worldview behind gentle parenting and comparing it with God’s Word.
