Description
God intends for a marriage to reflect the beautiful relationship between Jesus and His bride the Church. Therefore, the sin of abuse within marriage is foremost a sin against a holy God. Furthermore, the impact of this sin on a wife and family can be very painful.
Counseling an abusive husband is difficult and there are no guarantees, but we serve a God who is able to do great things. The goal of this booklet is to provide biblical truths to lovingly confront an abusive husband and to share counseling methodologies that may be helpful in directing the husband to seek pleasing and glorifying God above all else.
