Exhibiting for ACBC

ACBC has an Annual Conference for pastors and church counselors. It is our hope to partner with exhibitors, advertisers, and publishers whose aim is to serve pastors, biblical counselors, church staff, and membership.

What is the application process?

All organizations desiring to partner with ACBC are required to apply using the application link* at the bottom of this page. ACBC desires to partner with organizations that support our vision, beliefs, and purpose, and therefore each application is approved by the Executive Director of ACBC. You can expect to hear back regarding your approval within 2-4 weeks from the time of submission.

When are applications due?

ACBC will take applications for exhibiting until July 31st, 2020.

Updates for 2020

ACBC has decided to move all exhibiting to be digital this year. We will only offer one digital package option to exhibitors this year.

Why exhibit with ACBC?

ACBC holds an Annual Conference every year in various parts of the United States. Our normal attendance ranges from 1500-1700 people. We seek to provide an affordable exhibiting opportunity for companies and ministries to gain valuable exposure to people all around the USA and several international countries as well.

 

Exhibitor Opportunities

Digital Exhibiting Package $1,000*

  • Name in conference notebook (digital).
  • 2 Conference Registrations.
  • Slide in the slideshow. Duration will be 8-10 seconds depending on the number of slides.
  • Half-page ad in the conference notebook (digital).
  • Listed in the app as an exhibitor.

*ACBC Certified Training Center will receive a $400 discount towards this package.

Package Upgrades

Full-Page Ad $250

  • Submit a full-page ad for the Annual Conference booklet.

Bag Drop $500

  • We will send out a package to all of our attendees, you will be able to submit a 5×8 postcard promotional item. Please note that this will need to be approved by the Executive Director.

Banner Ad $250

  • Digital, this ad will circulate on the conference landing page on the website.

Additional Sponsorships

CONFERENCE APP SPONSOR $1,000

  • This is the main form of communication for conference attendees. This will include a visible partnership within the app on the splash page and have a stand-alone bio page.

 

Guidelines for Exhibitors

Sales: All sales are made through the conference bookstore and must be pre-approved by ACBC. Please submit any titles for consideration to tdefevers@biblicalcounseling.com AND  ngrote@biblicalcounseling.com.

All handouts (e.g. books, t-shirts, CDs) must be pre-approved by ACBC. Please submit any handouts for consideration to tdefevers@biblicalcounseling.com AND  ngrote@biblicalcounseling.com before August 3rd.

 

Important Dates

  • July 31st – Exhibitor Registration closes.
  • August 3th – All Graphics and ads must be turned in.

 

Marketing & Graphic Design Requirements

Slideshow 

  • 16:9 (Standard Widescreen Powerpoint format) slide presentation.
  • The slide can be a PDF or JPEG in a 1920×1200 size.
  • Slide due August 3, 2020.

Social Media

  • Please send us the Twitter handle for your organization by August 3, 2020, to be included in our conference booklet and conference app.
  • Use hashtag #ACBC2020 and twitter handle @acbc during the conference.

Logo

  • Send a small logo for us to include in the conference app or website to be associated with your organization.
  • Size 300×300 pixels for app
  • Size 600×600 pixels for website
  • Send by August 3, 2020.

Banner Ad

  • Mobile Phone Banner – 640 x 150 pixels
  • Tablet/Online Banner – 552 x 150 pixels
  • Email Banner – 1060 x 212 pixels
  • Send by August 3, 2020.

Sending graphics and Marketing Information

AD – Full Page and Half Page

  • Booklet Ads and Slideshow Ads are due August 3, 2020.

AD and Slide Specifications

  • Send all final art and marketing materials to Taron Defevers at tdefevers@biblicalcounseling.com by August 3, 2020.
  • For files over 20MB that are too large to email, please contact us for file transfer.

Ad Size

  • Half-page: 5.50W x 4.25H
  • Full-page: 5.50W x 8.50H
  • All ads should include .125-inch bleed and crop marks.
    • Preferred File Format
      • We prefer that you send PDF or PSD files with outlined fonts.
      • Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading them.
      • Other Acceptable Formats: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps, ai, and png.
    • Resolution
      • All resolutions should at least 300 DPI or higher.
      • Remember: images for the web or taken from the web are usually in 72 DPI resolution and will not print well.
